Description of Service

OurPR is a running platform that provides race discovery, training plan generation, personal record tracking, workout logging, and integration with third-party services such as Strava and Google Calendar. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Strava Integration

OurPR integrates with Strava to allow you to view your running activities within our platform. By connecting your Strava account, you:

• Grant OurPR read-only access to your running activities and related data
• Understand that your Strava data is used solely for display within your personal dashboard
• Acknowledge that we do not write to, modify, or share your Strava data with others
• Agree that Strava's terms of service and privacy policy apply to your use of their platform
• May disconnect your Strava account at any time, which will revoke our access to your data

Strava is a third-party service and we are not responsible for their policies, practices, or service availability.

Google Calendar Integration

OurPR integrates with Google Calendar to allow you to sync your training plans. By connecting your Google Calendar, you:

• Grant OurPR permission to add and remove training plan events to your calendar
• Understand that we only modify events created by OurPR
• May disconnect your Google Calendar at any time, which will stop further sync operations

Google Calendar is a third-party service and we are not responsible for their policies, practices, or service availability.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OurPR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal data you provide to us, including your Strava activities, training plans, and personal records.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurPR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
